1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order details and reason for return.

  • Ship the product back to us at the provided return address.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds do not cover shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged items.

  • Items without original packaging.

  • Perishable goods.
